Who we are
Our website address is: www.NovoCellMD.com
Novocell MD provides physician-led regenerative and longevity programs. The information on this website is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Decisions about diagnosis or treatment should be made between you and your licensed healthcare professional after an in-person evaluation.
Regulatory Status & FDA Notice
Many regenerative products and procedures (e.g., human cell and tissue products, exosomes, biologics) are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or condition.
When we discuss regenerative options, we do so in general, educational terms (e.g., supporting tissue environments, joint comfort, recovery). We do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s, MS, ALS, Autism, Diabetes, COPD, etc.).
Where a therapy is investigational or experimental, we will say so plainly.
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a claim of FDA approval unless explicitly stated for a specific product/indication.
Required site copy you may see throughout pages:
“These treatments are not approved by the FDA for any specific disease or condition. Individual results vary. No guarantees are made.”
Our Scope of Care (U.S.)
Novocell MD does not manufacture or administer stem cell products in the United States.
Our U.S. services focus on in-clinic therapies we can responsibly provide (e.g., HBOT, hormones/peptides when indicated), education, candidacy screening, and post-care coordination.
If patients pursue options outside the U.S., those procedures are performed under the destination clinic’s licensure and laws, with separate agreements between you and that provider. We can help with education, preparation, and post-care support.
Off-Label Use & Experimental Care
Some treatments discussed on this website (e.g., certain peptide protocols; exosomes in select contexts) may be off-label or investigational. Off-label use is common in medicine but requires careful informed consent, risk disclosure, and clinical judgment.
Where off-label or investigational use is discussed, we will include the statement:
“This use is investigational/off-label and not FDA-approved for this indication.”
Risks, Candidacy & No Guarantees
All medical procedures carry risks. Not everyone is a candidate. Potential risks may include infection, bleeding, inflammation, allergic or immune reactions, treatment failure, or other adverse effects specific to the modality. We will review risks, benefits, alternatives, and uncertainties with you during the informed-consent process.
No guarantees of outcome. Biology varies, and results differ from patient to patient.
Language We Use (and Avoid)
We avoid disease-treatment claims. We may use general wellness language such as “may support joint comfort,” “may help promote tissue repair,” “may support recovery.”
We avoid the phrase “safe and effective” (which implies FDA determination). Instead, we may say “performed by experienced clinicians,” “minimally invasive,” “typically minimal downtime,” when accurate.
Testimonials & Patient Stories
Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.
We do not script or pay for patient statements. We avoid claims such as “cured,” “permanently reversed,” or disease-specific outcomes. Where strong personal language is used, we add:
“Individual experiences vary; no outcome is promised.”
Imagery, Content & SEO Practices
Images are illustrative and should not imply hospital-level surgical care unless the pictured services are actually provided under appropriate compliance.
We avoid SEO phrasing that suggests disease treatment claims (e.g., “treats [disease]”). Educational “awareness” pages may discuss conditions without implying that we treat or cure them.
About Immune Considerations (Educational Only)
Some literature describes certain cell types (e.g., MSCs) as having lower immunogenicity or being “immune-privileged.” However, immune reactions and other adverse events can occur. Any use of allogeneic products must consider risks, product quality, regulatory status, and clinical context. Final recommendations depend on physician judgment and patient-specific factors.
This website does not make categorical claims such as “no risk of rejection.”
Informed Consent & Alternatives
Prior to any treatment, patients receive written and verbal information about the proposed option, its investigational status (if applicable), risks, expected benefits, uncertainties, and reasonable alternatives (including the option to decline). You will have the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed choice.
Financial Disclosures & Relationships
If Novocell MD has a financial relationship with an outside clinic, laboratory, or vendor involved in your care, we will disclose that in writing before you decide to proceed.
Emergency & Primary Care
Novocell MD is not an emergency facility. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. We recommend that all patients maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care physician to manage chronic conditions and preventive care.
Privacy
We maintain systems intended to protect health information consistent with privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details about communications, telehealth, and data handling.
Disclaimer
Stem cell therapy is considered experimental and is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA); however, it is not FDA-approved for the treatment of any specific condition. None of the statements on this website have been evaluated or approved by the FDA.
